Singapore’s hawker culture is a tradition that's been passed down from one generation to the next. We follow the stories of 3 hawkers, A Noodle Story, Coffee Break at Amoy Street and Timbre+, who are among a new, creative generation of hawkers who keep the culture alive by daring to evolve.
