We're bringing a taste of New Zealand to the skies with Sid Sahrawat, acclaimed Chef and Owner of Anise, Cassia, Kol and The French Cafe. As part of our Guest Chef programme, Sid will create incredible seasonal menus, that celebrate the best of New Zealand produce with a touch of his signature modern Indian flair.

Launching 1 March 2025, Sid's debut menu features Canterbury Lamb Rack, Smoked New Zealand King Salmon and a Classic Pavlova - a quintessential kiwi dessert!

Available in First Class and Business Class on Singapore Airlines flights departing Auckland and Christchurch.
